BECOMING A MEMBER OF COMMACT

Read the information on Membership to determine which Category applies to you.

If you are a non-governmental, voluntary, non-profit, community based or social enterprise organisation working in the field of people-centred development that supports COMMACT’s Vision it can join as a Category A member.

If you a government, academic, media or private sector organisation that supports COMMACT’s Vision it can join as a Category B member

If you are an individual that supports COMMACT’s Vision you can join as a Category C member.

You can apply for membership by completing the Application Form and sending it to the COMMACT International Secretariat. If you are not able to have your application endorsed by the required number of existing members do not worry as the Secretariat can arrange that for you.

If you are a member of an existing Chapter (UK, New Zealand, South Africa, Malaysia, Australia, India) you can if you so wish send your application to the your Chapter contact.

Membership Fees

Even though your membership will take effect straight away if your application is accepted, you do not need to pay your fees until immediately before the 7WCW General Assembly takes place!

Other information required

Please supply the following with your application:

• Category A: Complete Application form + the organisation’s latest annual report (or similar document) + recommendation/ endorsement of at least one existing Category A member
  
  
• Category B and C: Complete Application Form + recommendation/ endorsement of at least two existing Category A members
